Physical Information for ALL Athletes (football & cheer)
LJAL Football & Cheer requires a sports physical for all athletes prior to participation. The physical must be dated AFTER April 15th of this year. Please see your below for the MHSAA Physical Form.
Athlete must have a completed physical prior to July 31, 2023. A copy of the form must be uploaded into Sports Engine under the athletes profile.
